EXCHANGE POLICY/ RETURNS

Welcome to our Information Page for Exchanges, Returns and Credit for the USA and Worldwide*

Items purchased on sale, discounted with a coupon/ Promotional Code, or final sale are not eligible for refund.

Contact us within 3 days(72 hours) of delivery for an RMA# to be issued. 

 

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE AND RECEIVED BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

 

To exchange or return an item, please email us at returns@richgirfash.com and get a return authorization number (RMA). Once you receive your authorization number, please mail back the item to the address listed below.

You MUST place the RMA #  and Order # on the FRONT of the package in order for Rich Girl to accept.  The ORDER # MUST BE ON THE FRONT ALSO, IF ONLY THE RMA # IS FOUND PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED

If any information is missing on the FRONT of the package it will NOT be accepted by our facility. Please be sure to include all necessary information

We do not offer return or exchange packaging costs under any circumstances. Items cannot be returned outside of the allowed 7 day return period. 

If an item is incorrect or damaged, please email us immediately at returns@richgirlfash.com We are not responsible for damaged items if we are notified past 3 days of delivery. 

 

Exchanges

Please note that all exchanges must be received within 7 business days of receiving the order (in full). ALL items must have original tags attached (if any). Items with missing tags will not be accepted in exchange and will not be returned to you. 

Items purchased with a promotional code, marked down, or included in our sale/clearance sections are only eligible for return for store credit unless otherwise stated.

Please understand we do our best to serve our clients fashion needs, but we do not cover shipping and restocking fee.

Shipping fees are applied to all exchanges:  US Standard  $10.00 – Standard International:  $19.99 – US Express Mail:  $38.00. Priority International - $40.00 International Express - $48.00

Return/s Policy USA & Worldwide

Please note that all Returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of item with ALL original tags attached(if any). Items with missing tags will not be accepted in exchange and will not be returned to you:

Example:  you received your item on April 15th, the item must be at the warehouse April 22nd or a credit is issued. We welcome exchanges. Please contact us if you feel you have a valid return reason and we can gladly accommodate you! Please be aware we charge a restocking fee (please see chart below)- unless fault is from Rich Girl. If returning an item, tracking information is preferred but not necessary from sender.

Store credits will be issued for any items with an RMA# received after 7 days .

  • Intimates, bodysuits or swimwear.
  • All vintage items.
  • Cosmetics
  • Any item that may have been worn or carries an odor*

*please understand we may refund at our discretion; due to evidence of wear, odor, including but not limited to perfume, body odor, smoke, or staining from customer- all items returned or exchanged must be in sellable condition- NO REFUND OR CREDIT MAY BE OFFERED AT THIS TIME*

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours

If we offer a refund to your item when will your card be refunded? 

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days (up to 30 days) to process and post this transaction to your account. 

Store Credit

We are excited to keep you luxurious and accommodate certain scenarios with Store Credit. Store Credit can be applied to any/ all items on our website unless otherwise marked. Please be advised that Store Credits do expire from 1 calendar year from date of issue. Store credits will be issued for any items returned after 7 days at the lowest sale price minus applicable fees . 

Restocking Fee will be assessed on ALL returns and exchanges: 

Accessories: $6

Tops/ Shirts: $6

Dresses: $8

Pants/ Skirts: $8

Shoes/ Footwear: $10

Coats/ Jackets/ Outerwear: $12
